CHAPTER DCLII.
AN ACT to incorporate the Town of Camden, and Jor other
purposes.
Be it enacted by thte Senate and House of Representatives of the
State of Delaware, in General Assembly met, two-thirds of each
branch of the Legislature concurring.
SECTION 1. That an election shall be held in the town of Cam.
den, in Kent County, on the first Monday of March next, and on
the same day yearly, from one o'clock 'till four o'clock in the after- Election for
noon, for three commissioners, who shall be residents and freehold- misownm-
ers in said town. The votes shall be received by the town Alder- When held,

him to assist him in holding said election, and shall be entered by
the town clerk in the town record.  At such election every male
and female taable of said town above the age of twenty-one years,

tion, and shall decide on the legality of the votes offered.
