Be it enacted by thte Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met, two-thirds of each branch of the Legislature concurring. SECTION 1. That an election shall be held in the town of Cam. den, in Kent County, on the first Monday of March next, and on the same day yearly, from one o'clock 'till four o'clock in the after- Election for noon, for three commissioners, who shall be residents and freehold- misownm- ers in said town.
