SECTION 0. i/nd be it further enacted, That this act shall be,
deemed and taken to be a public act,' and the power to revehe thePublicAct.
same is hereby reserved to the Legislature.                 Revocable.

CHAPTER DCXXIX.
A SUPPLEMENT to the act entitled, .In act to incorporate the
Fran/din Manufacturing Company.
SEOTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives of the State of Delaware, in General .issembly met, That the
act entitled,  An act to incorporate the Franklin Manufacturing
Company, passed at Dover, January 18, 1849, be and the same is
hereby amended, by striking out of the second section thereof, the
words 1 who shall have a vote for every share of stock, provided Stockholders
no stockholder shall have more than forty votes, and by inserting to have avote
in lieu thereof the following: who in such elections, as well as in all for  ver
other acts and determinations of the stockholders shall have a vote
for every share of stock held by them respectively, and in all fu-
ture editions of the laws, the said act shall be published as herein
amended.
Passed at Dover, February 6, 1852.
