CHAPTER DXCVII.

SCT!ON 1. Be it enacted by he Senate and House of Representa-

STorON 2. And be it enacted, That the supplement to the act
entitled,  An act more effectually to prevent the profanation of the Repeal.
Lord's Day, commonly called Sunday, passed at Dover,.February
23, A. D., 1847, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Passed at Dover, March 6, 1851.
CHAPTER DXCV11I
AN ACT to amend the act entitled,  An act concerning Apprenti- Dia 34.
ces and Servants.
SECTION 1. Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives of the State of Delaware, in General .A1ssembly met, That
the act concerning Apprentices and Servants, shall be altered, amend- Amended.
ed and supplied as follows, viz: by striking out all after the third
section after the word  Poor in the second line, and inserting  or
one Justice of the Peace and one Trustee of the Poor, in ant for
either of the counties of this State, after receiving information of
any negro or mulatto child or children within their county, having
no parents in this State, or who being under the age of fifteen years,
who have not parents able to maintain them, or who do not bring
them up to industry and suitable employment, shall, after notice
given to the parents as hereinafter contained, issue process under
their hands and seals, directed to any Constable of their county,
commanding him to bring them at a time and place therein appoint-.
