CHAPTER. DXLI.
AN ACT in relation to the oath to be made in cases of foreign at-
tachment.
Be it enacted by the Senate aid Hlouse of Representatives of the
State of Delaware, in General Assembly met,
SECTION 1. That the oath or affirmation required to be made by Oath required

CHAPTER DLXIL
AN ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENT to the act entitled, An act
to prevent the use offire arms by free negroes and free mulattoes#
and for other purposes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly imet, That any Penalty for
free negro or free mulatto, who shall offend against the first section offence ag'nst
of the act entitled, An act to prevent the use of fire arms by free original act.

ed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof by indict-
ment, shall fox every such offence, forfeit and pay to the State a fine
of twenty dollars.
SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That if any person or Penalty for
persons shall sell or loan any fire arms, or ammunition, to any negro loaning or sel-
or mulattoes, he or they shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,ling fire arms
and upon conviction thereof by indictment, shall for every such to free no-
