AN ACT concerning Sherif's Sales.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives Pfthl

CHAPTER DXX.
AN ACT authorizing the Recorder of Deeds and the Prothonotary
qf the Superior Court of the State of Delaware, in and for Kent
county, to procure certain inde.c books.
Preamble.   WHEREAS, there is necessity for separate indices of the indentures
of mortgage in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Kent
County, and that the indices to the diflbrent record books in said of-
fice containing the record of Indentures of apprentices and servants;
and of the judgment dockets of the Superior Court of the State of
Delaware, in and for said county, should be collated and brought
together. Therefore.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives of the State of Delaware, in General .ssembly met, That
