contrary notwithstanding.

CHAPTER CCCCLXX.
AN ACT to authorize the sale of certain property therein mentioned.
SECTIoN 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
atives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That the
escheator of Kent county in this State, be and he is hereby autho- Escheated
rized to sell at public vendue, to the highest and best bidder or bid- property of

Anderson, free negro, late of Mispillion hundred, in the said county, sold, &c.
deceased, died seized, and which it is said has escheated to the
State.
SEc. 2. And be it enacted, That the said sale may be made at
any time after the passing of this act, by giving ten days' notice Sale and no-
thereof by advertisements, posted in at least five of the most public tice,
places in Mispillion hundred aforesaid.
SEc. 3. And be it enacted, That the purchaser at the said sale
shall receive all the right and title of this State to the said house Title under

son or persons to the said house and lot of ground, whether the
said right or interest be as heir or creditor of the said Mitchell
Anderson, or as claimant of the said house and lot of ground.
SEc. 4. And be it enacted, That the escheator of Kent county
aforesaid, shall be authorized to make, execute and acknowledge Escheator to
