SEC. 16. And be it further enacted, That in a pro-    Fees.

attending shall upon such adjournment be entitled to the
same fee as upon joining in the inquisition or verdict; and
the fees upon any execution, other than a warrant for de-
livering possession and levying costs and damages pro-
vided for under the aforesaid act, shall be the same as al-
-lowed on an execution issued by a justice of the peace
under the  Act providing for the recovery of small
debts.
SEc. 17. And be it further enacted, That the  act   Repeal.
against forcible entry, barratrv, maintenance, champerty I vol. 239.
and embracery, 1 and the twelfth section of the  act for 2 vol. 1153.
the better regulation of distresses for rent and for other
purposes therein mentioned, and the supplement to the 3 vol. 288.
said act passed at Dover January 26, 1803, and the first 4 vol. 441.
and second sections of the additional supplement to said
act passed.at Dover February 2, 1811, and the proviso of 6 vol 298.
the fourth section of the further supplement to the said
act passed at Dover February 3, 1823, shall be and here-
by are repealed from and after the first day of June next.
