be and the same is hereby disapproved by this Ge-
neral Ascmbly.
Resolved further. That the Governour of this
State be and he I, hereby requesteI to communicate
thtse resolutions to idu exectuive of. the S-ate of
Georgia, and to the executiives of the sa veral States,
with a r'equest that the same may be submitted to
their respective legislatures.

the General Ahsembly of the State of Ohio, in opin-
ion. that '6a system of foreign colonization, with
 correspondent measures, might be adopted, that
' would in due time effect the entire emancipation ol
 the slaves in our country without any violation of
the national Compact or infringemnit of the rights
'4of individuals, by the passage of a law by the
 general government (with the consent of the
 slave holding states) %% hich should provide, that all
SchildIren of persons now held in slavery born after
the passage of such law should be free at the age
of twenty one years (being supported during their
minority by the persons claiming the services of
