CRAPTER CCLIV.
AN ACT toprovidefjhr recording acts and resolutions
of the General Assembly not ofapubic nature
andfor other purposes.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED (ythe Senate and
.ouse of Representatives of the State of Delaware
in General Assembly met, That whenever any act or Private acts
resolution shall be passed or adopted by the Legisla-not n cord-d

ture of this State, which shall not be of a public naturer! in)trm
or printed or published as such, it shall and may beofdecds-
lawful for the person or persons, in whose favour
such act or resolution shall pass or be adopted,- to
procure a copy of the same, attested by the Sectrary
of State under the seal of his office, to be recorded in
thte office for recording of deeds, in one of the counties
of this State, within twelve months after the samte shall  twelve
piss or be adopted as aforesaid, in a book provided nontis nfler
i r that purpos e; and the record thereof, or a copy pssng-
o the same under the hand of the Recorder and seal
of his office, shall be evidence in all Courts of laiv
or equity in this State: and every such act or resolu-
tion, not recorded within the tine aforesaid, shall beto be void.
