CHAPTER CCXXXVIII.
AN ACT authorizing the personsytherein named
to raise a sum not exceeding six thousand dol-
lars, by a lottery, for the purpose of erecting
an academy &c. in the village of Middletown,
in the State of Delaware.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED by the Senate
and House qf Representatives of the State of Del-
aware in General Assembly met, That it shall and Lone so.

Mansfield, Arnold Naudain, Outten Davis, Willi.appointed--
im H. Crawford and Richard E. Cochran be and
they are hereby appointed managers of the said lot-
tery; and that they the said managers, before en-togive boa&
tering upon the duties required by this act, shall
