Any mnies  SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in case any of

teimbursed. shall hereafter be retained for and applied to ally
of thell' purposes mentioied in the proviso to the
second section aforesaid, then and in such case the
monies so retained and applied, shall he maile
gool and paid over to the trustee of the School-
fund, out of any money hereafter received into the
treasury and not otherwise appropriated.
