AN ACT to establish a bank and to incorporate
a company under the name of the Bank of
Smyrna.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED by the Senate and
louse of Representatives of the State of Delaware Bank ;1t
-in General .ssembly met, That a bank to be cal-snyIrna
led and known by the name of the Bank of Smyr-
na, shall be established at the town of Smyrna inName.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the capi-
