do cau.e it to be entered on the docket of the said
judgment that the same is released by virtue of
this act.
In what cases  SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in all cases in

made them to the County. treasurer as required by
the act passed May the twenty-fiftth, one thousand

and shall be as good and available as if the same
had been made in the time prescribed by law, to
