B E IT ENACT ED by the Senate and House of
Representatives ?f the State o'Deluzcare in Geun-
eral Assembq mnet, That so much of the fourth sec-
tion of an act, entitled, ' A supplement to the act
entitled, an act for the better regulation of the roads
in the county of Sussex, passed the twenty-third
day of Jar.uary, one thousand SCVel hundred and
ninety-eight, as requires the overseers of the roads,
respectively, to estimate labour clone on the roads
at the rate of fifty cents br a good and sufficient
day's work, as an able, fhithful and industrious
man would perform, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed made null and void.

iE IT ENACTED by the Senate and House of
Representauives ofthe State ofDelaware, in Gen-
eral Assemby met, That the act of Assembly, enti-
tied,  An act for the better regulation of fi'ee ne-
groes and free mulattoes, passed on the sixth clay
of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seven, be and the same is here-
by repealed made null and void.
