For the relief of John Callahan.
SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
Representatires of the State of Alabama in General Assem-
bly convened, That the Comptroller of Public Accounts
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw his
Mg pto.warrant on the Treasurer in favor of John Callahan, for
p0ia   pr the sum of one hundred and nine dollars and fifty cents,
to be paid out of any money in the treasury not other--
wise appropriated.

county.
SECTION 1. Be it cnactcd by the Senate and House of
Representatives of the State of Alabama in General Assemn-
$490 appr~prr. bly convened, That the aum of four hundred and ninety
sted.     dollars be, and the same is- hereby appropriated to coin-
pensate Edward H. Ustick, jailor of Sumter county, foe
feeding colored persons charged with criminal offenses.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the Comptroller of
Public Accounts be authorized to draw his warrant on
the State Treasurer for the same to be paid out of any
moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
