To aiend section 110t of the Code of Alabama.
SECTION 1. Bie i enacted b the Senate and House of Be
resentatives of' the Slate of Alabama in General Assembly
convened, Th t sec ion 1100 of the code of Alabama.be

the place of the word one, and the word fifteen in place

of said ection; Provided, (that this act shall only con-
tinue in force during the existence of the present wilr-
