tenements, furniture, and other personal property now
on the promises ; and Raid stock may be valued by said
company at any sum not exceeding three hundred thou. Value of aid
sand dollars, as the directors may determine, to be divi-
ded into shares of live thousand dollars each ; and each
share shall entitle the original subscriber to sixty days
board for himself, or thirty' days board for himself and
wife.
SEc. 5. lHe it ltirthei onacted, That the board of di-

Sc. 7. Be it further enacted, That each stockholder

which liability shall be for all such debts and liabilities
as are created, or shall accrue, during the tim he shall

SECTIoN 1. Be it cnacted bUl the Senate and House of Rep-
iesentatives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly
convened, That George Robertson, George Whitfield,
Thomas S. Tato, jr., Luke J. Whitfield, N. E. Goodwin, Nams o i-
C. S. Williams, W. M. Pepper, and their associates, sac
sessors and assigns, be, and are hereby created and do-
clared to be a body corporate and politic, under the
name and style of  The Pioneer Express Company,) Name of Cor
and by that name may contract and be contracted with, porAtea.
