For the Relief of Bartlett Owen, of Calhoun County.
SECTION 1. Be it enaefed by the Senate and Ifonsc of Rep-
resentatives of the State of Alabanus in (Gneral Assmably

his warrant upon thh treasurer of the State in Cavwr oft') 'h
Bartlett Owen, late sheriff of Calhoun county, for theo
sum of three hundred and seventy-seven dollars :utd
twenty-five cents, to ho paid out of any money in the
treasury not otherwise appropriat ed, said suin hving-
been paid out of by said Owen for neessary expenses
over and above what tho law allowed him ill collvoyijig
three men convicted of felony fromn Calhoun Coiiiutv, ti
tho Penitentiary.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate awd Ilouse of lirp-
resentatives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly
convened, That the Comptroller of public accounts hw,      w.
and he is hereby authorized to draw his warrant on th o
treasurer in favor of Thomas II. Mabson, slieriff of Ma-
con county, for the sum of sixty dollars, being the-.aunit
of expenses incurred in carrying a prisoner from tie jail
of Macon county, to the jail of luissell couity, by reasoni
of a change of venue.
