during the present scssion.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by/ 611e Senate and Zl80 of Rpe
resent atives of tic State of Alabama, in Geqeral .asmbl

hereby allowed the sum of eighty-two dollars to pay tI
servant hire dluring tio presont session of theG Gcerk
Assembly, and that the Comptroller of Public Accoupsi
is hereby authorized and required to diaw his warrant on
the Stato Treasurer, in favor of the Secretary of State,
for so much thereof ias is necessary for the purpose satqd,
to be paid out of any moAeyfin the treasury not othorwiso
appropriated.
