To repeal an act approved November Otli, 1861.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep-
resentatives of the State of Alab( a 'in G(eneral Assembly
convened, That an act, approved November 9th, 1861, to  ';.W
reduce and define the fees of Notaries Public for the
protest of noto, bills of exchango, or other papers, in
the city of Mobile, be, and the same is hereby repodied.

to designate the slave Eliza or Liza, as the one-sixth part
