SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate anid House of Rep-
resentatives ol' the State of Alabama in General Assembly
wrenot 1  G convened, That the trusteeship of William M. Selden,
trui oo  trustee of his wife Elizabdtli Selden, and all the puperg
lip. connected therewith, be and is hereby removed from the
Chancery Court of the county of Grdone, to) the Ghain-
cery Court of the county of Maie6ngo, and thet the juris-
diciion of the Chancory Court of the county of Greene
over said truit be,and tlho saine i8herby. divested, and
the Chhnoery Court of the bountyuf Marongo be, and ii
hereby fully vestod With jurisdittionover thl saie, pro-
vided the securities of the said William. M. Selden,  as
trustee as aforesaid, signify their assent in writing.to undh
removal.- -   .
