In relation to the Records of the Courts of County
Commissioners.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep-
resentatives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly
convened, That all vouchera taken by any court of county
commissioners, or judge of probate, for moneys or sup-
plies of any kind, which have been or may hereafter
distributed, under.any laws enacted by this general as-
sembly for the benelit of the indigent fimilies of sol-
vour     diers, must be numbered, filed, and carefully pf-eserved
indientfamilles by the judge of probate who shall have takei or caused
preserved,  such vouchers to be taken ; but it shall not be the duty
of such judge to cause such vouchers to be recorded, any
law to the contrary notwithstanding.
SECm 2. Be it further enaCtCd, That this act Bhall be

lIsed.   cry, and two copies of each of said papers he florwarded
by the secretary of state to each judge of probate in
this state.

No. 69.]             AN ACT
To authorize Executors, Administrators, Guardians and
Trustees to provide salt for their trust estates.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and iHouse of Rep-
rescntatiocs of the State of Alabama in General Assembly
convened, That executors, administrators, guardians and
trustees are hereby authorized to employ any slaves
held by them as such executors, administrators, guardiais
or trustees, at any of the saline works in this state, for
the purpose of making salt for the use and benefit of
the estates or persons they represent.
