To authorize the Court of County Commissioners of
* Enyette and Morgan counties to levy a tax on Dogs.
SEc. 1. Be it enacted by' the Senate and .Hiuse of 'Repre-
sentatives of the 'State of Alabama in General Assembly Authority to
convened, That the court of county commissioners of Y.
Fayette and Morgan counties, are hereby authorized, if
they deem it expedient, to levy a tax.onall dogs, over
