and ninety-two 37-100 dollars, the amount due from
said 3urrows to the State, for the lease of the peniten-
tiary, then the comptroller of the Stato shall deliver to
said Williams, all the bonds executed by said Burrows
to-the State, as lessee of the penitentiary.

For the relief of Adele Louise DuBose, of Marengo
county, as Administratrix of Isaiah DuBoso, late of
said county, deceased.
SE. 1. Be it enacind by the Senate and House of Rep-
resentative8 of the State of Alabama in General As8embly
convened, That Adele Louise DuBose, as administratrix
What s i au- of Isaiah Duflose, late of Marengo county, deceased,
horised to do. be and she is hereby authorised and empowered to cc-
cupy and cultivate the lands of the estate of her said
intestate with her own, and to work and use jointly with
her own slaves, horses, mules and oxen, and other prop-
erty on said plantation, the slaves, horses, mules and
oxen, and other property of said estate, so long as said
estate shall be kept together, under the order of the
probate court of said county.
Whai Is en. Sic. 2. Be it further enacted, That said Adele Louise
dtoreceive. ulose, shall be entitled to receive from said estate
such portion of the proceeds and profts, arising from
the joint cultivation and use of said estate, as the said
judge of probate may consider equitable, and on any set.
tleinent by her, as adniinistratrix as aforesaid, the said
court shall allow her a credit fbr the portions of profits
and proceeds allowed as af'resaid.
