For the relief of the creditors and distributees of Green
A. Cole, deceased.
SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represent-
atives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened,
That it shall be lawful for the general administrator of the
county of Montgomery, to talce out letters of adninistra-
tion upon the estate of Green W. Cole, late of Chambers
county, deceased, and to proceed to administer upon and
settle said estate, as if the said Cole had died in Montgoin.

all the penalties now provided by law: Provided, The fees
charged on the settlement of the siid estate, shall be those
named in the Code of Alabama.

For the relief of Alice G. Dugger and others of Marengo
County.
SEc. 1. J% it enacted by the Senate and House of Represent-
atives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened,
That the probate court ot Marengo county, be, and it is
hereby authorized and empowered, upon the petition of
Alice G. Duggqr, administratrix of the estate of Henry
Dugger, and proof that it would be to the interest of the
distributees of said estate, to grant an order for the sale of
ten slaves of said estate, at such Lime and on such terms as
said court may determine, and said administrator shall
account for the 'proceeds as ror the' other assets of the
estate.
SEc. 2. Be it furter enacted, That on such application,
the distributees and all parties interested in said estate must
be made parties, and properly brought before the court.
