To allow the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Perry
County longer time within which to issue Eexcu-
tions.
SECTioN 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representalives of the State of Alabama in Gene-
ral Asemblq convened, That section 2424 of the
Code of Alabama be so altered and amended as to
allow the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County
of Perry, after the adjournment of said Court,
thirty days within which to issue executions on all
judgments in fhvor of the successful party.

To regulate Sherifth' and Coroners' Sales in the
County of Shelby.
SECTON 1. Be it enacted by the Senatc and House
of Repre.entativv of the State qf Alabama in Gene-
ral Asseath.ly convened, That from and after the 1st
day of February, 1856, it shall be thoduty of the
where to fI. Sheriff nd Coroner of the county of Shelby when-
ever any lands situated in precincts Nos. one, two,
three, four, five, six and thirteen shall be levied on
by them, by virtue of an execution, to offer the
same for sale at the town of Montevallo, in the
street, in front of the Shelby Hotel.
SEc. 2. Be it further enacted, That all slaves
levied on as aforesaid within the before described
limits, shall be offered for sale in like manner, at
the town of Iontovallo,

sol     lands and negroes, as may be levied on under the
provisions of this act, shall be offered for sale on
the 4th Mondaiy ini each mon tlh.
SEc. 4. Ilc it]fikther cuadetd, That Horses, Mules,
Jacks, Jennetts, levied on as aforesaid, within the
before described limits, may he sold on any other
day, except Slndays, either at the town of Monte-
