thorized to erect Gates across a luhliC road, in the
county of Wilcox, leading froi the Blacks Bluff
road Eastwardly, up the South side of Dunns'
Creek, and known as the Choctawcornerroad ; the
said Gates to be crected by the said Deir, at any
points he may select., on the lands now owned by
him.
