For the payment of certain claims against the state.
SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of 1e-
presentatives of the State'of Alabama in General Assembly
convened, That thee following sums of money be aid the Appropriations

To A. P. Pfister, for official envelopes, record books, &c., A. P. Pfister.
twenty-one dollars and sixty-two cents.
To Joel Heath, jailor of Autanga county, for feeding
state prisoners in the years 1849 and '50, fifty-eight dollars Joei neali.

To Charles Price, for services as cleric for committeechsPrice.
thirty-two days, at four dollars per day, one hundred and
twenty-eight dollars.
To James H. Cooper, for services as clerk ten days, at . 1c. cooper.
four dollars per day, forty dollars.
To Monroe Donoboc, late register of the land office at L Donobioe.
Tuscaloosa, for correcting township maps, one hundred and
ninety-eight dollars and fifty cents.
To William Garrett, secretary of state, balance due for w. Garrett.
taking care of the state capitol, one hudrod and twenty
dollars and ninety-eight cents.
To A. P. Pfister, for three ink stands, two rules, one
wafer box and one large ink stand, seven dollars and forty A.P'rnfter.
