To authorise Jason Jones, guardian, &c., to sell the prop-
erty of his ward.
Sec. I. Be it enacted by the SenIate and House of Represen-
tatives of thedate of Alabama in Generalf.ssembly convened,
May.oeta cer-That Jason Jones, of the county of Montgomery, guardian
taisn ago.  of Alfred W. Kervin, a minor licir of Mary Kervin, de-
ceased, be and he is hereby authorised to sell a certain ne-
gro man named Bob, the property of said minor, and to loan
the money arising from tho sale of said negro at interest.

F-or the relief of Sarah A. Witherspoon, executrix of the last
will of Rt. Franklin Witherspoon, and his securities.

That tho judge of ptobate in and for the county of Gicene
lno iemuved   and the State of Alabama be and he is hereby anthorised
h1ini4ippL  to malke an order that Sarah A. WithespOon, the executrix
of the last will and testament of R1. Fiankin Witherspoon,
laie of said county, he permitted and empowered to remove
the negro slaves, cattle, stock, mules, &c., in her hands un-
administered as such executrix belonging to said deceased,
from the county of Greene aforesaid to the State of Missis-
sippi, upoti her setIling her admiin ist rat ion of said estate up
to the time of such removal ; and that the securities oil the
bond of the said Sarah A. Witlhrspoon, the executrix,be
thence discharged from all liability as such securities front
aud after the date of such.order for any default, on her part
as such executrix.
SEc. 2. And be it farther enactedi. That the saidSarah
r'~'f    A. Witberspoon be and she is hereby required, before apply-
 ing for such order to the judge of probate for Greene
county aforesaid, to produce record evidence to the said.
judge of probate that she has had the said last will and tes-
tament of the said R. F. Witherspoon duly admitted to
probato in the proper court having jurisdiction thereof in
the county of the State of Mistissippi to which said prop-
erty is to be removed  that she has returned an inventory
under outh setting forth the species and nature of such pZop-
erty so proposed to be removed,.and that she has execIted
