To authorise Eliza Allen, guardian of Wade H. Allen, to
invest a certain sum of money therein named in negro
property for the use of said ward.
S vo. I. Be it enacted by the Senate and fImse of'Represen-
latives of the 8tate qf./labiima in Gencral Assembly convened,
'[hat Eliza Allen, of MonIgomery connty, guardian ofMouney may bo

convened, That Pitman Ml. umpkin, of the county ofN.egro propenly

R. Vernon, minors, be and he is hereby autlhorised and em-
powered to apply and appropriate any moneys which now
are or hereafier may be in his hands, as such guardian, -be-
longing to the estate of said wards, to the purvhiase of negro
slaves,'to be holden by him as the penperty of said ward.
