Sec. 4. Be it further enacted, That hereafter it shall be the
duty of the Secretary of Stdteltt least thirty days befbre the meet-
ing )feach session of the Goveral Aisseirbly, to contract at the
lowest practicable price, for the hire of the requsito number of
servants to wait upon the two, houses during the session-
also in like manner to contract for all the fiel, lights, andi all oth.
or things necessary for the session--and shall upon the meeting of
General Asse , blv, report all such contracts to the Committees
on accounts and claims in the two Houses.
