estate from real to persofilty, to sell the lands, and inter-
ests of lands, of which said Hunt died scited or possessed,
for cash, or on such credits as he may think: suitable for
the interesis of the estate.
Sec. 3. Be it further enacted, That the said Adon
ImlIl give Iond  Smith he, and he is hereby, authorized to give bonds'to the
i New loik. Srrogate of the city of New York, for the faithful execu-
oi i       !ion of all the trusts imposed and authorized oy this act,
fid mi  anne. it such a sum as he may appoint, and with solcient secn-
rity to be approved or by him, a curtified ropy of which
shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the County Court
of such of the counties in this State as the lands of the said
uit may be situate.
':t oft sale, or Sec. 4. Be it further enacted, That the sales of the
latids of the said Sidney Smith shall, so tar as regards the
laws of distribution or descent, mke no change in the
rights of parties, and that the prooceeds of the same shall
be held as reallty; and in ease of the death of the said Sid-
ney Smith as a lunatic, or withont his havi'ina ande a valid
6.sposition of lie same. shall be divided ationg his heirs,
as the said lands would have been div ided.
