To amend the laws in relation to Attachments.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re-
presentativen of the State of ./labama, in General    sse*n-
bly convened, That hereafter when a writ shall issue from
any of the Courts of this State commanding the Sheriff or Mindr to
other officer to take the body of any person to answer in any make oath

To amend the law authorizing the payment of rewards for the
apprehension of fugitives froin justice.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep-
resent aties of the State of Alabama in Gencral Issembly
convened, That from and after the passage of this act, the re-
%,rards authorized by an act entitled,  An Act to authorize Revard not
the Governor of the Territory.to offer rewards for the appre. to be paid n.

this State may at any time demand of the Executive of other
States, any fugitive from justice as heretofore.
