Sec. 4. .qnd be it further enacted, That said Chancellor

Sec. 6. dnd be it further enacted, That the Chancellor of
the northern Chancery division be required to hold a separate Benton
and special term  of the Chancery Court for the thirty-ninth
district, in the county of Benton, on the fourth Monday in Feb-
ruary, one thousand eight hundred and forty-four, for the pur- spccial tenrn.

Section 1. Be it enacted lDy the Senate and House qf lep.
resentatives of the State of .&/labama in General *Asseinbly
convened, That the inhabitants of the town of Huntsville shall
be, and continue a body politic and corporate, by the name, Corporate
Tle Mayor and Aldermen of Huntsville ; and by their cor- narne and
porate name may sne and be sued, implead and be impleaded, st)e.
grant, recei ve, and do all other acts as natural persons, and may
purchase and hold real, personal, and mixed property, or dis-
posc of the same for the benefit of said town; and may have
and use a town seal, which may be broken or aftered at
pleasure.
