To consolidate the several acts of Incorporation of the City of
Mobile, and to alter and amend the same.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep-
resentatives of the State of 1labama in General Assernbly
convened, That the Corporation of the City of Mobile shall,
hereafter, consist of a Mayor, Board of Aldermen, and Board
of Common Council ; and shall be known and styled as the
