act.

convened, That the duly elected commissioners of' the sixteenth
section in township seven, in range two, east, in the county of
Clarke, be and they are hereby authorized, if' in their opition,
it be expedient for the interest of the township, to rescind the
contract of sale, of three hundred and eighteen afid fifty-hua-
dredths acres of said section, heretofore made to David Tay-
lor, now deceased: Prvided, that the heirs at law, of the
said David Taylor, assent to the same, and the said cornrrussion-
