To pny to the Heirs of Ltuh Irulick a ceruitin sum thereiii named.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatires oj the State of Alabama iii General .rssembly convened,
That th6 comptroller of public accounts be and is hereby au-
thorized to draw his warrant upon the treasurer of the State to
payout of any moneys iji the treasury not otherwise-approprint-
ed the sum of one hundicd and twenty-five dollars to the heirs or
legal representatives of Lcah Fralick, late of Autanuga county-
being the one half of the sum at which a slave named Sam was
valued; which said slave was executed for murder agreeable to
law in the said county of Autauga, on the tenth of April, A. D.
one thousand eight hundred and forty-one.

Treasuier in favor of Sion  L. Peiry, for the blnmlmtce of' tho salmy due thei late110-
ratio G. Perry, Judge ofttho second Judicital Circuit.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened,
That the comptroller of public accounts be and he is hereby
authorized to issue his warrant on the State treasurer in favor
of Sion L. Perry, for the sum of three hundred and twelve dol-
lars and fifty cents, the amount due the late Horatio G. Perryj
as part of his lst quarter's salary as judge of the second judicial
circuit: Provided, that the said Sion L. Perry shall first enter
into bond with security to pay over said sum of money when
demanded by the person lawfully authorized to receive the same;
whicli bond shall be made payable to said comptroller,

To regulate juditlul procecdimngs in tho County Courtof Mobile county.
Section 1. Be it enactd by the Senate and House of Rein'c-
setlatives of the State of Alabarna in Geneal Assembly convened,
That all the rules adopted by the judge of the tenth judicial
circuit, under the act organizing the courts of that circuit, with
the concurrence of the judges of the supreme court for the gov-
ernment of the circuit court df Mobile county, shall be of equal
force and validity and be bidding upon the county court of Mo.
bile county.
