The better to provide for the advertising of Lands and Negroes levied on by the Sheriff
of Dat1e counkly.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and Hotuse of Represen*
tatives of the State of./Jtabama ia General Assembly convened,
That from and after the first day of February next, it shall be the du- Sheriff to adv

levied on to satisfy any execution to him directed, to advertise the newspaper.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the sum of two dollars Printer's

which such advertisement may be made, which sha!l no paid by the
defendant or defendants in execution.
See. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Sheriffor said coun-

nothing herein contained shall lie construed to dispense with the ad-

the State of Alabama in General Aeembly convened, That hereafetr the

To authorize the Court of Commissioners of Revenue and Roads in the county of len
tou, to levy a special tax, and for other purposes.
Section 1. lBe it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State of Alab .a in Geqyral Assembily convened, That the Judge of
the County Court and Confmissioners of Revenue and Roads in the
county of Blenton, are hereby authorized to levy a tax in three an- May levy a

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That said court are hereby
