To raise a salary for the Judge of the County Court of DMins county.
Section 1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the Stute of Alabama in General A ssembly convened, That it shall be the shersirto bold

election, requiring voters that are in favor of giving to the Judge ol

To incorporate theTown of New Alarket in the county f Madison.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened, That the town of New
Market in Madison connty, be and the same is hereby incorporated,
and the bounds of said corporation shall be as follows: Commencing
at the south end of the lane running through said town, thence at Bounds of rot
right angles two hundred yards on each side of said road, running porauton
parallel with the same north, so far as to include the dwelling of
Frances Hill.
