passage of this act, all persons who may serve as tales jurors
in the county of Wilcox, shall be entitled to the same com-
pensation for the time they may ser-e, as is now allowed by
aw to members of the regular pannel.

[No. 78.]                AN ACT
To repeal on act therein named.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re-
presentativesof the State of .labana in General .dssembly
convened, That an act passed on the 19th (lay of January 1832,
incorporating the town of Larkinsville in the county of Jack-
son, be, and the same is hereby repealed.

No. 79]                 AN ACT
To compneate Arg ia Campholl for prosecuting slaven in the county of Lawrence.
Section 1. le it enacted by the Senale and House of le
presentatives of the State of dlabama in General .Assembly
convened, That the sum of twenty dollars be, and the same is
allowed as compensation to Argyle Cainpbell for prosecuting
two slaves in the county of Lawrence.
Sce. 2. And be it further enacted, That the sum of ten dol-
lars be, and the same is hereby allowed to Lewis Kenaday as
compensation for prosecuting in behalf of the State, negro Sam
in Bibb county, and that the same be paid out of any money
in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

To divorce James Munnerlyn from his wife Mary htunnerlyn.
Section 1. le it enacted by the Senate and House of Re-
presentatives of the State of  iabama in General Assembly
convened, 'Tlhnt in conformity with the decree of the circuit
court of the county of Lowndes exercising chancery jurisdic-
tion, the bonds of matrimony heretofore solemnized and subsis-
ting between James Afunnerlyn and Mary J. Munnerlyn, be
dissolved, and that the said James Munnerlyn be henceforth
divorced from the said Mary J. Munnerlyn.
