the ferry, hereby estblh!ihed. shall inure to and he vested in tie
owner of he ioinding on the soulh side of said river, he beirng at
one-half of the expense of eoiablishing and kceping up said ferry.

of ovorsers ippolnted by said conmissioners court to make re-
turn to said cour during the year of 1833, of all the hands fir-
nished them  by the pportioners for said *year, under the pe-
