fall term of the circuit court of St. Clair county in 1832, under
the order of the court.
Sec 18. And be it furtier enacted, That a sum not execeding o pucam-

Section 1. lie it enac/ted by /he Senate and Houuse of Rep-
resen/alives qY' the  'lSate / .I/ubama in General *disse'nebly
convened, That John Robinson, a free man of colour, of the coun- W. &J. I ta-
ty of Madison, be, and he is hereby aut horised to emancipate and I  mancl .
set free from slavery, his two sons, William and John Rubinson,
saving hvcver the rights of creditors, and upon condition, that
the said John Robinson enter into bond, with good and sulficient
'security, in the sum of live hundred dollars, to be approved by
the judgo of the county court of Madison county, that said slaves
shal never become a public charge to anly cuiify, city, or town in
this State: Provideid, the persons herein emancipated, leave this Provisu.
State at the age of' twenty-one years, never to return to resido
