lutely, to the highest bidder, at public auction, in the town of
Greensboro', after having given sixty days' notie of the tilie and
place of sale, by advertisuieet to he set IIIp at two or more public
places in the town of Grecushoro', the following parcels of land,
the property of the said Washington Paul Hutchins, vi. : The
southeast quarter of section ten ; the wvest half of the northeast
quarter of section te ; the west half of the northwest quarter of
section fourteon; the east half of the northeast quarter of section
eleven; and the east half of the southwest quartcr of section ele-
veil; all in township twenty of rage five, in the district of Cahaw-
To give tioud ba: Provided however, that the said.ThoI'm as 11. Hutchins shall,
previous to said sale, execnte his bond with good and sicieint se-
c'urity, to be approved of' by tle juIt'dge of the orphans Court of
Greene county, conditionil to pply the proceeds arising firom the
sale of said lands, in such manner as lie shall be directed by the said
jiudge of the orphans court of Greene county, for the benefit of tim

AN ACT nuthorizing Wm.Taylor, Administrator, and Elizabeth Bolles,
Administratrix, (f Eber M. Bolles, deceased, to sell Real Estate.
Section 1. Be it ente/ed bly the Senate and Hiouse (f Repre-
sentatives qfthe Snl/e of Alabama in G'eral Assembl convened,

sell andoy  ministratrix, of Eher M. Bolles, deceased, late of Dallas county,
be, and are hereby ;ufh(orized to sell and convey all the real estate
that was of the said Eher M. Bolles in his lifetime, that is now
situate in the town of Sclna, Dallas county, on giving bond and
security to be approved by the judge of the county court of Dal-
las county, that the proceeds of' said sale shall be faithlilly up-
plied to the benefit of'the heirs ofsaid Eber M. Rolies.

AN ACT anmtndatory to ni Act passel 20th January, 1830, aithorizing
Nathaniel Clarke to cmiancipate certan Slaves therein naimed.
Whereas, in the 25th section of an act of the General As-
sembly ofthe State ofAlabama, passed the 20th January, 1830,
authorizing Nathaniel Clarke to emancipate certain slaves therein
named, a mistake occurred, in the name of one ofthe said slaves,
wherein lie is called Harry, when his true name is Harvey ; for
remedy whercof-

sentatives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly convened,
That the said 25th section of the aboverecited act be so amend-
ed as to read Harvey instead of Harry.
non       Sec. 2. And be itfuriher cnacted, That the bond which is re-
quired to be given by the aboverecited act, be given to the judge
