Section 1 . HP it enacted byl the Senate and louse qf Rnpresein
tatives qf the State of 7losbafn in 1'7qt'eral Apsseimiy canOrnied,
Th it from  and after the (irst day of March next, the Jus-
tices of the Peace shall be entitled to demand the follow.
ing fees for their services, and iot other or more, to Wit:

ti..es of' the warrant to apprehend a persom  or peisons charged wih :nt
.peace.   offence against the State, thirty-se en and a half cents; for
a search or peace warrant twenty-five cents ; for a warrant
in civil cases and proceedings thereon to judgment, thirty-
seven and a half cents; fi a warrant in qui tam cases and
proceedings thrrcon to 'judgment, fifty cents ; for every
subpona for witness or witnisses, twelve and a hall Cents;
for each execution rind taxiing costs th'eron, thirty-seven
and a half cents ; for each attachment taking bond and
aflidavit, one dollar; for summons for garnishee and ta.
hing examination, thirty-seven and a half cents; for judg-
ment and ordi r of bale on attachment, twenty-fib e cents;.
for hue and cry, twenty-five cents; for each appeal, inclu-
ding hond and ceriflying proceedings, seventy-fie cents;
for taking cach stay or other bond, twenty-fik e  cents;
for  administering an   oath and   certil'ying the same,
twelve and a half cents; for taking depositions by virtue
of a dedinius potestatni, for eveiy hundred     words,
ten cents ; for. emcry necessary certificate not otherwise
provided for by law, twenty-five cents ; for docketing each
cause, siX and a qoua teir ('cets; for each judgment on a
forthcoming   bond or r tinuarv procdcrling without war-
rant, twenty-five cents  for a transcript of proceedings
when required othir than those sent up on appeal, twenty-
five cents; for issuing a venire fMcias to try the right of
property, fifty cnts; for attending on the trial of the
right of property, fifty cents ; for summons and certificate
of appraisement of estray or estrays, fifty cents; for erch
notice or scire facira, or summons in the uture thereof,
twenty-five cents; and for making return to a certiorari,
(other than in cases of forcible entry and detainer,) fifty
cents.
Sec. 2. Be it furthcr enacted, That Justices of the
Peace shall be entitled to denand and receive the follow-
liag fees, in cases of foi cible entry and detainer, 'forcible
Fuirther  detainer, and unlawful detainer, viv.:-For every sum-
