'--v- ,     Sce. 8. And be it further enacted, That the Judge of the
hate of fer. county court and the bommissionnrs of roads and revenine

comnmis'es of ferriage to berecei 'ed at said ferry,and shall appoint coml-
appointed  missioners to review said ferry and road, and report to said
coui-t the damage incirred by any persop whose property
D:mages  may l6e injured. by said ferry and road, which danmage shall
as$;'d    be paid b' said Ware and Sizemore; and inicase said Size-
how.paik  more shall ref'tise to accept the advantages of the provisions
of this act, he shall be free from anydaiiiage to be paid for the
citablishmnit of said ferry and road, and that the title shll
be aested in said Ware after twelve months, who shall-pay
all dliage assessed in cinsequeice of this act; this act to
be in force from and after its passage.
