Section 1. Be it enacted by the 85enate ana House of Re.
preset.!atives of the State of Alabama in General Assembly
Appipria con Ite;ed. 'hat Stith E- ans, of the Faid count% of Greene,
Vion 1:, stall sinll be allowcd for his laudable fnd meritorious exertions
avnns in pursuing and apprehendhig in the state of Louisiana,
. ind bringing back from  thence, to the said dounty of
Gretne, Thomas C. H. Gantt, charged with slave and
horse stoaling, and grand larceny, the sum of one hundred
dol hulH  be paid out of un) monies in the treasury of
this state not otherwise appropriated.

Orleans to L ic, in the county of Greene, Thomas C. -1.

larceny. in dbedience to an order from the Governor of

Section 1. Ile it enacted iy the Senate and Jl-Iuse of Represen-
tatives of the State of .'lubanri in General ssenbly coarned,
That John 13olksum be and is hereby reinstated in such
rights of citizenship as he was deprived of in consequence
of h conviction for petit larceny in the circuit court of Hen.
ry county.
Sec. 2. And be it firther enacted, That this act shall be
in force from and after the passiige of the samte.

and -tax collector for Ailauga (ounlty, for the year one
thousand eight hUndred and twenty-seven, the .ulm of forty
dollars of bills of the bank of 1'ombeckbe, being the amlount
hv bhim receiveldfor tame% previopis to receiving official no-
tice of the failure of Caid bank, and pay to Geoige A.
CampIbell the amount tfiereof in any money in the treasury
