That from and after the passage of this act, the ollice of the

SEC, 2. *1d he ii ffrther enacted, That ifany clerk shall
refuse admittance into said office. to any person or persons
having lawful business to trausact in said ollice at any time,
without a reasonable cause to bejudged of by the Court, such
Clerk shall be fined in any sum not exceeding twenty dollars.

this state. a suflicient number of the copies of the Acts of the the acts of
present and Subsequent sessions of the Congress of the United congress.
States, to firnish one to the oflices of the Cleks of the several
county courts in this state, there to be kept for the use of te,
citizens of the respective counties.
