SatrxoNv 1. Be it enacted by the stuate and House of Itepre-
..enltatives of the Hlate v[ Al)u1 in Geal Assembly co:-
rened, That frout and alter the linst thAV of* March next, it
shall be the duty of the several Solicitors ih this State to reside
withini the Judicial Circuits for which th wa may have been
elected.
Se. 2. .'Ind be it fluther cnarled, That if any Solicitor
fail to remove iiti and reside in his circtit as aforesaid, he
shall vacate his said ollice, and it shvll he the duty of the Judge
residing in the circuit for* which sutch 8olicitudianta been clected
to notify the Go erior of' such non1residelnce, who shall forth-
