sociales and successors il oflice, appoiltled or lected, Or that '
Jnay be ppointed or elected according to the rules and regula-
tions that imay be adopted fio their government. shall lie and
they ape hertby 1tablished a body politic :a1m\ corporate in
deed and in law, by the name and style of the Trustees of
.ranklin Academy, and by that 11ante ,id Ttees shall have
*power to recci\ e donations and purchaoe. have :id hold rtal
estate il lperpetuity ; and alho to sne and he sued, to plead an
Ile inspleanedal, and to reemer all dbchts which may becoimet
due, owigorbelonging to said Acadtmy as the property there-
