To alter the name of, and legitimate a certain person therein rmined.
Section I . Be it enacted by the Senate and House ,f lNcp-
rcsentatives of the State of Alabama, in Geintrd J,heid/!y
convened, That from amd after the passage of this nti. the
niame of Matilda Sluitfell, be changed to that of i'rdill!a
Proslar.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the aforesaid
Matildn, tlhc natural child of Anihony Preslar is ierby
legitimated.

the county of Lawrence in this state, it is often projudivial
to the interest of both deblors and cmreditors, that lands and
slives taken in execution in raid county and ly ing and be-
ing in the iorthrern parts thereof, sould he exposed to sile
at the court-house in said countv.
